46th Annual Stepping Out in Style Fashion Show Raises More Than $130,000 to Build Playground at New Baptist Behavioral Health Unit

PENSACOLA, FLA. (Nov. 2, 2022) – The 46th annual Stepping Out in Style Fashion Show, presented by the Women’s Board of Baptist Health Care Foundation, raised more than $130,000 to build a playground at the behavioral health unit at the new Baptist Hospital campus. The new campus is set to open in fall 2023.

The BHU provides care to thousands of individuals requiring inpatient behavioral health care each year. More than 1,100 of these patients are children ages 10 to 17 with some patients as young as age 5. The playground will offer a fun and welcoming environment and allow our youngest patients to focus on their recovery.

The fashion show is the largest fundraiser for the Women’s Board of Baptist Health Care Foundation. Professional and local celebrity models showcased the latest fashions from Bluetique, Dillard’s, Gulf Coast cabi Stylists, The Market & Mainly Shoes, and The South Outfitters.
