Baptist Health Care Offers Free Mammograms

PENSACOLA, Fla. (March 28, 2018) – Baptist Health Care is currently offering free mammograms. Baptist Health Care Foundation’s Mammogram Fund helps provide mammograms to qualified women who are not financially able to get one on their own.

According to the National Cancer Institute, more than 240,000 new cases of breast cancer were projected to be diagnosed this year alone. While there is no cure for breast cancer, early detection enables early treatment and increases survival chances.
